PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and ID for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. Delivery is free but ID reserves the right to change this at any time.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of despatch. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and unused
Please take extra care to check all products within the 14 day return period as no items will be accepted back outside of this period.
MAKING RETURNS
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. A £1.00 charge will be deducted from your refund to cover our outward postage and packing for every item returned.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
UK DELIVERY
All orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of our receipt of your order in Spain, to arrive with UK customers within 2 weeks of postage. (Usually much less).
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
A description of the goods is set out on our website. Whilst we will attempt to ensure that there are no changes to the goods to be supplied, it is possible that there may be some minor variations to the description and/or specification of the goods which arise by virtue of changes in the manufacturing process or consumables supplied to us to aid in the manufacturing process.

In no event shall ID be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages resulting from the use of our cards.
Misuse of our cards may be deemed illegal.
All the information you provide us with is assumed to be true, falsifying any of this information with the intent to misuse our card/s is illegal and may lead to criminal prosecution.
Under no circumstances do ID condone or intend to promote the illegal misuse of any of its cards and shall not be held liable for any such misuse.
